JUDGMENT CHANGING NAME
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the sworn
petition of RUTH THOMAS for a Judgment changing the name
of her son JIMMY BYRNES DIAMOND to JAMES. LAWRENCE THOMAS;
and it appearing to the Court that the petitioner and her
son are actual bona fide residents of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and the Court being otherwise fully-advised in
the premises, it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - -
' 1. That the petition is_hereby granted.
2. That the name of JIMMY BYRNES DIAMOND is hereby
changed to JAMES LAWRENCE THOMAS.
