BEACH COMPANY, a Florida corporation, is party to a MANAGEMENT
~~CONSULTATION AGREEMENT with MARTIN L. BLATT, Trustee fora
general partnership known as HIGHWAY NO. 1 PROPERTIES, said
Ii AGREEMENT being dated July 5, 1977 and filed in Official Record

;Book 273, Page 2019 of the public records of St. Lucie. County,
Florida; and -

FURTHER, that THE PALM BEACH COMPANY has, by
:'virtue of said AGREEMENT, an interest in the following real
property
Lot 1, Block 3, MODEL LAND COMPANY_'S SUBDIVISION -
of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
according to Plat Book 1, Page 41 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
FURTHER, that THE PALM BEACH COMPANY hereby
acknowledges that all terms and conditions of aaid AGREEMENT
.;.have been satisfied fully; and
FURTHER, that THE PALM BEACH COMPANY hereby releases
and gives up all claims, rights, and interest in and to said

AGREEMENT, including said property interest.
