Articles of Incrorporation~; By-Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as recorded
in Official Records Book 187 ,Page 605 of the Public.Recorcts of St. Lucie County,
Florida, described in the foregoing Warranty Deed; understands that each and every
provision of the foregoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
Condoiainitna and is essential to the successful operation and management of said ~
Condominium property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors. and assigns forever to -
abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease agreement; and further agrees to pay the Mortgage,

divided share and certain interest. in the Condaminium~property and in the common ele- r:
