AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

BEFORE ME, an 6fficer duly authorised in the State and County aforesaid to
take acknowledgments, personally appeared JOAN KINCAZD, to me well known, and who
being duly-sworn deposes and says:
THAT she and DONALD E. RINCAID, her husband, were the Grantees in that certain
Quit-Claim Deed dated March 29, 1972, filed April 6, 1972 and recorded in Official Re- '
cords Book ,201, Page 435 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
following described property, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block #A,-Lot #36, of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST.
ZUCIE, a condominiua according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1lr8, Page -
1348 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As .
provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the
State of .Florida (Chapter 711, et seq. 1965) said description
f in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appur-
tenances to the condominium parcel above described, including
the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including
the undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
THAT she and DONALD E. KINCAID were married, each to the other, at the time of
the aforesaid conveyance and that they remained married continuously to the date of
the death of the aforesaid DONALD E. KINCAID on November 28, 1976.
