MORTGAGE NOTE .
RIVIERA BEACH February / 1979

Being indebted, for value received, the undersigned 3ointly and sever-
~ally promise to pay to COMFED SERVICE CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
at its office in the Ci@y.of Riviera Beach, Florida, or order., the sum
of FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDR® AND NO HUNDREDTHS----------(54,400.00) UOt.[.ARS
together with interest. thereon as hereinafter stated in monthly installments
of NINETY THREB AND NO/100THS---------------DOLLARS --------($93.00). •
The firtat installt*ent shall be due and payable on tiie 10th day of March
1979 and subsequent installments shall be due and payable on the 10th day
'of each and every calendar month thereafter until the principal and interest
are fully paid. .
Larger sums may be paid at arty time, but the payment of any sc,ch larger
sums in addition to the payments herein. required shall. not relieve tl~e makers
of the payment of the monthly installments herein provided for, unless it
is specifically stipulated by the makers at the time of payment that-such
larger sums are to be applied to the advance payment of the• monthly intit:~ll-
_ ments'next.maturing in the order of their due da_tex. All payments ,n+~dc upon
this note shall be applied first to the 1>ayment of accrued interest
and secondly upon the principal.
This obligation shall bear interest from data at the r:?te of
nine and one/half -_------=percent (9.50X) per annum until the principal and
interest are fully paid.
Interest for each .calendar month shall be arc-rued on the first day of
said month and be computed on the unpaid balance of principal and interest
_ existing on tl,e last day of the preceding month. 9'liis note shall he consid-
ered in default when. any payment required to be mad~r here?u,der shall not:
have been made by its .due date and shall remain in +lefault until said
payment shall have been made. While In default, this pate shall b.~ar interest
at the rate of ten percent -(10X)--------per an,+„m in lieu of the
rate hereinbefore specified.
All makers_ and endorsers now or hereafter becoming parties I+~~retci
jointly and s.werally waive demand, notice of non-p-,yment, :~+id
protest, and agree that in the event of defaul r in the pa):~~~•nt of :my
j installment due hereunder for a perlof of thirty day:. the whole of
said indebtedness shall thereupon at the option nt the h~l~~~•r, b~c•+~m~
immediately due and .payable, and if this note b<<•.~mus in d+•~ault .+nd is
