PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE '
WHEREAS, COMMUNITIES FINANCIAL CORPORATION, formerly IN'1'EItS7'A•Pl
HIGHWAY INVESTM4N~ CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, on December -
13, 1971 gave unto MIAMI NATIONAL BANK a Real Estate Mortgage,
said Mortgage was recorded in_Official Records Book 198, at page 725
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on December 23,
1971; and
WHEREAS, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, by virtue of an Assignment of
Mortgage, recorded in Official Records Book 271 at pays 579 of i:llc
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, did assign, transfer -
and convey unto FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF LAKE WORTlI, N.A. all of its
right, title and-interest in that certain Mortgage.
NOW, .THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEN'PS that the FIRST
AMERICAN BANK OF-LAKE WORTH, N.A. does hereby remise, release and
discharge forever from the lien and effect of said Mortgage the
real property described in the Exhibit A attaches! hereto. -
IN WITNESS-WHEREOF, it has caused this Partial Release of
