LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

CERTIFICATB OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
This Limited Partnership Agreement and Certificate of
Limited Partnership is dated and effective December 11, 1978,
by and between DALB M. RACE, SR.,•and JAMES D. R$VBLLE, the "General Partners"
having their office at 3361 South U.S.'#1, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and
DALE M.`RACE, SR., and JAMES D. REVELLE, the "Limited Partners", having their
offices at 3361 South U.S. #1, Fort Pierce, Florida, and_ such other person as
shall contribute as a "Limited Partner" in accordance with the Paragraphs'
hereinafter set forth.
The parties hereto hereby form, pursuant to the Uniform
Limited Partnership Law of the State of Florida, a limited partnership
(hereinafter referred'to as_the "Limited~Partnerahip" on the following terms
and conditions:
• SECTION ONE: NAME
The name of the Limited Partnership shall be:
FEDERAL INVESTMENT, LTD.; or such other name as shall be
approved by a majority of the General Partners. .
SECTION TWO: DEFINITIONS
For the. purpose of this Agreement, the following terms have

"Member" means the-General Partner or any Limited Partner.
• - "Members" means the General Partner and all of the Limited

Partners.
"Person" means an individual, partnership, joint venture,
8asociation, corporation, or trust.
"Real Property" means .such land and/or buildings as may be
hereafter acquired. by the Partnership.
A "Unit" shall be ,the sum of-Five Thousand ($5,000.00)
Dollars.
