THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Directions to Clerk of Court, and the
Court-being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby -
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Court remove
from the Court file the evidence introduced by said Plaintiff
at the trial held before the County Court in March, 1978, replacing
the same with copies thereof.
