FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Entry of Final Judgment and for Termination of
Bond and Discharge of Principal and Surety consequent upon
the Default heretofore duly entered and upon the sworn~Complaints
and Affidavits filed by the Plaintiff, and the Court being other-
wise fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED, DIRECTED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CREDIT -
CORPORATION, is the legal title holder of the following:
f 1977 International Tractor Model F4370, s/n D2137GGB27122;
1978 City Dump Trailer, s/n S3165706; 1977 International
i -
Tractor Model F4370, s/n D2137GGB15313; 1977 City Dump Trailer,
s/n S3002703; and 1977 International Paystar Dump Truck, -
Model F5070, s/n D3117GG816798; and Plaintiff is entitled to
the immediate and exclusive possession of the described property.
2. Plaintiff, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CREDIT
CORPORATION, does have and recover from Defendant, MIRE
D'AGOSTINO d/b/a D'AGOSTINO FARMS, the sum of $ 1,255.40
-for Plaintiff's costs, together with the sum of $ 2,500.00
for reasonable attorneys' fees, for which sums let execution
issue.
