SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LOWELL BURNS, as natural father and next friend of
CHRISTOPHER LYNN BURNS, and LOWELL BURNS, individually, do
hereby acknowledge full payment of the Final Judgment heretofore

entered in said cause; and, the Plaintiffs do hereby request
and direct the Clerk of the above entitled Court to cancel and j

That LOWELL BURNS, acting in the several capacities

in accordance with the requirements of said Final Judgment ~
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release ~

and forever discharge the Defendants, ROBERT A. FAIRCHILD, a
