BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority in and for the State
of Florida at Large, personally came and appeared BURNS M. LOWRY
and NANCY G. •LOWRY, who being by me first duly cautioned and sworn,
on oath depose and say:
1. That Affiants did convey that certain parcel of real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida to S.P.S. Commercial
Center, Inc., by Warranty Deed dated May 22, 1977. Said parcel of
real property is described as follows: -
Lot 15, Block 73, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT FIVE (5)
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14,
Pages 12 and 12A through 12G of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the abovesaid conveyance was made for the purpose
of satisfying that certain mortgage held by S.P.S. Commercial Center,
Inc. on the above described real property, which mortgage was recorded
on June 2, 1975 in Official Records Book 240, Page 389, Public Records,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That upon the date of the filing of the Notice of Federal
Tax Lien upon the above described real property, which was October 10,•1977,
the above described property was no longer the property of the Affiants', ,
having been conveyed to S.P.S. Commercial Center, Inc. by Warranty Deed
dated May 22, 1977.
4. That the certain Quit Claim Deed, executed concurrently
with this Affidavit, quit claiming the above ,described property to
S.P.S. Commercial Center, Inc. does further substantiate Affiants'
relinquishment of any and all right, title and interest in and to-
~ the above described property. ~ _
