- ORDER REMOVING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
AND APPOINTING SUCCESSOR ERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the petition of
DONNA CRISLIP for the removal of KEVIN O'DONOGHUE as-Personal Represen-
tative, and for the appointment of a Successor Personal Representative
and the Court having considered same and having considered that formal
notice was made on the Respondent and there has been no responsive
pleading filed, and further that the averments of the petition are .true,
and that the natural-father of the decedent, JAMES B. CRISLIP, has _
waived priority and appointment as Personal Representative, and the
Court being fully advised, it is ~ ~ -
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and decreed as follows
I - 1. KEVIN O'DONOGHUE is hereby removed as Personal Repre-
i -
sentative of -the above estate.. _
2. That KEVIN O'DONOGHUE and his attorney of record, Kenneth
E. Padgett, Jr., Esquire, shall forthwith deliver all assets, documents,

records, papers and other property of or concerning the estate of the
above decedent to the co-counsel of the petitioner, Vincent A. Lloyd,
Esquire, at his offices in Fort Pierce, Florida;
3. KEVIN O'DONOGHUE shah. file.a full, true and accurate
account of his administration within thirty (30) days of .the date of
this Or-der;
4. Upon the approval by Order of this Court of the account of
KEVIN O'DONAGHUE of his administration of this estate, he shall be dis-
charged from further responsibility as Personal Representative as shall
