by Indenture of tilortgage bearing date the 15th day of August, A.D., 1878, and recorded
In the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and toc the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, it Official Records Hook 292, Page 1643, mortgaged unto THE Fiti,ST
NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national association and assigns, 1~Iortgagee, tt~e
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE
MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and•NO/100s (=3,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as
therein mentioned: and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 292 at Page
1658, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, :Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing ~
Statement filed on September 3, 1378, ~ntith the Secretary of State, State of Florida,
under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO- to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from *.he lien
