That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them ir. hand paid by the -
said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to said Partv(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, located and situated in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows: -
Condominium Parcel No. _5111 of GOLF VILLAS, A CONQOMINIUM as _ ~
per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official '
Record Book 302, pages 1250 through 1326, Public Records of St. Lucie
- County,- Florida.
THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the
Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and. subsequent. years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations; easements and -
other. matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.
~ a Florida Non-Profit corporaiton, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member -
of said Property-Owaer's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the heirs,

executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the .respective parties hereto.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed-

the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons
