is subject in every respect to the 1)ec•laration of Condominium as to the condcxninium
in which his wiiE is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to.(whether the suns are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein),-the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and

plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all M?endments ~o the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Licorhoration, ny-laws and Ucclar:?tion
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser _
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges tl?at eacl? and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl?e sucessful operation a?xl my?age-
ment of the Condominium property and is i?i the-best interests a??d for tl?e benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar•
ation of Condominium quid Exhibits attached thereto. I'~?rchaser liereb~• ratifies and
confirms and approves all of tl?e terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minit~n and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tu?der .the.
Property Owners' Associations documents referred to. above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser ac:b~owledges-and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O+~nrers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitan parcel being conveyed to
R?rchaser, as security for~his obligations under tl~c said i~claration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and-said R~rchaser ass?nnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominitQn parcel.
Purchaser confines that all warranties, representations and induccu~ents,-iF any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~mi and I-ixhihits attached there-
. to, and the common expenses and the scans due antler the Property O~,mer's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warraurty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the,same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
