and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff's motion to add parties is hereby
denied. -
2. Defendant's motion to dismiss is hereby granted
with the Plaintiff having twenty days within which to
further plead. _
