-for the services of the Plaintiff's attorneys herein, together with
all costs of this suit which to date amount to , and the ~

sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint,
the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said mortgaged property
situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie , the Sfate of
Florida, being more particularly described as follows: ~ -
lot 177 Sheraton Plaza, Unit 3, Replat, Plat Book 16, '
Page 12, Public Records St. Lucie County, Florida
7. If the total sum with interest at-the rate prescribed. by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this Court
shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash,
free., clear and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens,
encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said Defendantg.:~

8. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this .

is not the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid with
the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
judgment or such part of it.as-is necessary to pay the bid in full.
9. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the
Clerk shall issue a Certificate of $ale, and if no objections to said
sale be filed within the time required by law, said Clerk shall issue
his Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements, and he shall
disburse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the following manner: ~
A. His fees, allowances, commission and expenses;
B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court and the
Plaintiff of this suit; f
