IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that WILLIAM STBVBNS has
failed to pay SANDRA STBVBNS the Child support and attorney fees as required by the
Order of this Court entered on the 2nd day of January, 1979, and is, as of this date
February 2, 1979, in arrears $240.00 for child support, $9.50 court coats and $250.00
reimbursement of attorney fees, it is
ORDBRHD that Respondent WILLIAM STBVBNS hereafter pay the child support and
court cost arrearage at the rate of $5.00 per week, attorney fees at $5.00 per week,
each and every week. These payments to be in addition to the regular $40.00 per
week child support payments provided for making a total payment of $50.00 per week,
plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's
check or money order. When the above arrearages, totalling $499.30, are paid in
full, regular weekly payments shall revert to $40.00 per week.
{ JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such farther orders as may be proper. ~
