It appears from the evidence before the Court that WAYNE P. DAI~IBR has
failed to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court en- _
tared on the 20th day of Juae, 1975., and is, as of this data February 16, 197, in
arrears $429.50 including Court Costs, it is
-ORDERBD AND.AD,TUDGBD that for such fai-lure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge hisaelf of this contempt by hereafter paying the regular child
support paywenis of $30.00 each and every week. - Arrearage of $429.50 is to be paid
in a lump sud when Respondent receives refund of monies from. Florida Cablevision.
If Respondent does not purge hiaself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be
required after notice to appear before the Court for sentencing.
JIIRISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is~retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper. '
