- THIS CAUSB came on to be heard February 2, 1979, upon issuance of Rule to
Show Cause sad the Court having heard the testimony of both Parties, determines that
Respondent is not held in contempt at this time.
FURTHER find regular child support and arrearage payments due and owing for_
the month of February, 1979, totaling $330.00. Allowance made for direct payments to
Sharon Lynn Shelnut and credited. Balance of old arrears, as of this date, $2,989.50.
ORDBR.ED that Respondent PHILLIP DOUGLAS SHBI1+iUT pay the $330.00 for February,
1979, and hereafter make payments each and every month to the Clerk of the Court-as

previously ordered or he will be found in contempt of this Court and upon affidavit of
