THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 19th day of February,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: The Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved..
It is thereupon
ORDERED A.ND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
- parties and each of them is hereby dissolved and they are hereby

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. That Wife's maiden name, DEBRA. ELAINE ALFORD, is
hereby restored to her..
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
~ as may be proper.. -
