FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 1~ day of
February, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties-and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between VIOLA GIANNARELLI,
Wife, and ERRICO G. GIANNARELLI, Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
k freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

j them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
! 2. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
a
entered into by the parties is ratified and the parties are ordered
to comply therewith. -
3.ALIMONY. Commencing on the ~ day of 1979,
~ the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars, each and eve month for her support and maintenance, with

said payments to continue until the remarriage of the Wife or death

~ of the Husband or death of the Wife.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by

him remitted promptly to VIOLA GIANNARELLI. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shapall be made in cash,
