FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial the ~ day of
February, 1979, upon the pleadings filed .herein and the Court
. having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and
determines: The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter-of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between. the parties; and that the marriage is .
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
-ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JUDITH McNEILL, Wife,
and EDWARD McNEILL, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of .them .are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. _
` 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one (1) minor female child, to wit:
Dina Marlies McNeill 6 Years Born: November 8, 1972
is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights

granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the day of
_ 1979, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum
of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per week for the support and maintenance
~ of the above child, until such child dies, marries or reaches the

~ - age of majority, whichever event occurs first.
~ Each payment shall be made-to the Clerk of the Gourt and
by him remitted promptly to JUDITH McNEILL. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
