keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. HEALTH INSURANCE. The Husband shall be required to keep in
force and effect a health insurance (medical-and dental) policy
on the child.
5. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
entered into by the parties is ratified and the parties are ordered
to comply therewith.
6. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney the sum of Three Hundred Fifty
(.$350.00) Dollars toward attorney fees. The Husband agrees to pay
Court costs in the amount of $37.50.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties.
hereto is retained for. the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of
any future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction
be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certified
mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing
party; and which shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date
thereof in which to file a responsive pleading. -
