TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS -
WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named plaintiff against the above named defendants
on the ~ day of February, 1979, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
•Lot 19, Block 4, PARADISE PARK, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 17,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated February 11, 1975,
from Peter M. Learning and Brenda E. Learning, his wife, to First
I
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said
~ indenture of mortgage is recorded in Official Record Book 236
at page 1117 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
