FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---($4,600,000.00}Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
WHEREAS, PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC., a New York corporation, is the
present owner of the property encumbered by the aforementioned
mortgage; ~
AND WHEREAS, the said PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC.
regwsted the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY to release the premises
hereinafter desuibed, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
as weq in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS (S10.00) and other good and valuable consideration doNan, to it
paid by the said PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC.
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby sckrtowledged, does remise, release, quit-
daim, exonerate. and discharge hom the Tien and operation of said mortgage unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC . , it successors hes}~ assigns,-
aq that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. X03 of SEA PINES TOWER
CONDOMINIUM, according to -the Declaration of
Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December,
1977, recorded in Official Records Book 280, at
- Page 2622 et. seq., of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida;. together with all the
appurtenances thereto, all according to the said
Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached
thereto.
This Partial Release shall-also release the above Condominium Unit
from the Financing Statement recorded in ORB 225, Page 590, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, F-lorida• and Modification of
Mortgage recorded in Official, Records Book ~37, Page 1136, Public-
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC. , its successors Issirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and disd~arged of and from the 1~en of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or cf'uninish the effect, lien or incum-
trance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the kidder thereof.

has roused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its
