present owner of the property encunbesed by the aforementioned

requested the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY to release the premises
hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the Gen and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, .That the said BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
as weN in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other' good and valuable consideration doHsn, to if
paid by the said .PROTEAN INVESTORS, INC .
at the time of the exeovfiort hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the Gen and operation of said mortgage unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC., it successors - heirs-and assigns,
aN that piece. parcel or frail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 901 of SEA PINES TOWER
CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December,
1977, recorded in Official Records Book 280, at
Page 2622 et. seq., of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; together with all the
. appurtenances thereto,~all according to .the said
Declaration of Condominium and. Exhibits attached
thereto.
This Partial Release shall also release the above Condominium Unit
from the Financing Statement recorded in ORB 225, Page 590, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida- and Modification of
Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 137, Page 1136, Public
Records of St. Lucie Cos:n~~, Florida.
70 HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said PROTEAN
INVESTORS, INC. , its successors Iseire and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and disdtarged of and from the Gen of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
tt,~vertheless, that nothing herein- contained shah in anywise impair. alter or diminish the effect, lien or inuun-
branoe of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released
therefrom, or arry of the rigbs and rentsdies of the holder thereof.
