and between PRA'1'SAN INVESTORS, INC., a New York corporation, hereinafter called "Grantor",~
and YW 38F B. BISHAI and EILEEN BISHAI his wife ~ .whose address

of St. Lucie. and state of F orida ,hereinafter called "Grantee",
their heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and ~
assigns, wherever the context so requires or adaits: ~
MITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor, for and itt consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (510.00)
and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained .and sold to the Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, the following described land, .situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows: -
Condominium Unit No. 301 of SEA PINES TONER CONDOMINIUM, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December ,
19 ,recorded in Official Records Book 280 at Page 2622 et.~seq., of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida= together with all the
appurtenances thereto, all according to the said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1: Taxes and assessments for the year 19 7~ and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. Any portion of the subject premises being artificially filled land
in what was formerly navigable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and
reservations contained in the Submerged Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1301 et. seq.).
4. The rights and-easements for commerce, navigation, recreation-, and
fisheries.
5. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM dated December 20 ,
19 , and recorded in Official Records Book 280, at Page2622 et. seq. of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, including all Exhibits thereto.
And the Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title to said lands and will
defend the-same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through
or under Grantor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed by its
duly authorized officers, and the seal of said corporation to be affixed hereto, the day
and year first hereinabove written.
