DEED OF RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Virginia M. Walker
(now Henegar), of 110 Sunburst Drive, McMinnville, Warren
County, Tennessee 37110, for the sum of $15,000.00 cash in -
hand hereto€ore paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby release,-.discharge, and gdrover
quitclaim a mortgage to me `dated December 5, 1973, given
by O. C. Thomson, which mortgage is of record in O. R. .
Book 221, page 1955, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, witness the due execution
