between MARY ALICE SMITH, Grantor, being the former wife of Grantee _n/

That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of and pursuant to a court order as hereinafter set forth,

This deed is given pursuant to final judgment and decree
rendered in a divorce case between Grantor and Grantee herein,
being Case No. 85087 in the Superior. Court of DeKalb County,
' located in Decatur, Georgia, and is intended to convey the entire
• interest-in and to the above-described property awned by Grantor
MARY ALICE SMITH to Grantee LUCIUS J. SMITH, thereby terminating
her interest in said property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to the
said party of the second part, so that neither the said party of
