O R D E R THIS MATTER having come on-for trial a,~d the parties having stipulated that this Court can determine all question of ~ support and custody in this order and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and their respective witnesses and reviewed the reports from the Department of Health and ~ Rehabilitative Services and this Court having heard argument- of counsel for the respective parties, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. That this Court does not impose any sanctions on the parties on the contempt heretofore entered in this cause. 2. The care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties, to wit: JENNIFER JEAN CRISLIP is hereby - ~j awarded to the Husband and the Wife is hereby allowed reasonable (1 visitation to said child. - 1 3. The care, custody and control of the minor child, E - p ~ CAROLYN GILBERT, step-daughter of the Husband is hereby awarded to the Wife and the Husband is hereby allowed reasonable ~ ! visitation to said child. - I - 4.
