ORDER APPOINTING-RECEIVER
This action was heard on the application for appointment
of receiver and it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Franklin A. Harris is appointed as Peceiver of all
the lands, goods, assets, moneys and effects of the Defendants, -
- Treasure Coast Builders, Inc., Landpower Investments, Inc., and
Richard Flanzbaum, and he shall, forthwith enter upon, receive
and take complete possession of all of the property and the -
rents, incomes .and profits from it.
_ 2. .Defendants, Treasure Coast Builders, Inc., Landpower -
Investments, Inc., and Richard Flanzbaum and their servants,
agents-and employees are ordered to deliver forthwith to
f Receiver all of the property and effects mentioned in the
~ -first paragraph of-this Order.
3. The Defendants, Treasure Coast Builders, Inc.,
. Landpower Investments, Inc., and Richard Flanzbaum and their
servants, agents and employees are ordered to deliver forthwith
to Receiver all keys or combinations to locks required to
open or gain access to any of the property or effects and '
all the money in any bank deposited to the credit of Defendants ~

y or any money or things of value of Defendants wherever situated.
