4. Receiver is authorized to pay the mortgage and
taxes on the property as they come due: and to pay such other
obligations as are necessary to protect and preserve the assets.
S. Receiver is authorized to continue construction
of houses currently being .built by Treasure. Coast Builders, Inc.
6. Receiver may appoint such agents as are necessary
to take charge of the property, always subject to the approval
of the Court.
7. Receiver shall file. an inventory of the assets
within the receivorship at the earliest practical. time and
shall then petition for full instructions from the Court..
8. This Order shall be effective when the Reciever files
a good and sufficient bond in the sum of $5;000.00 conditioned -
as provided by law to be approved by the Clerk.
DONE and ORDERED this a~ day of February, 1979.
