{ THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Amended
Petition for Modification and Petition for Partition of Personal

Property filed herein by the Husband, DENNIS A. PADGETT, and
}the Petition for Modificiation filed herein by the Wife,
JOANN PADGETT WATFORD, and the Court having heard the testimony
of the parties, the argument of counsel and being fully advised ~
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment-Dissolution
~ ,
~ of Marriage previously entered by this Court on June 30, 1977,

is modified in the following respects, to-wit: ~

1. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHN PADGETT and YATES PADGETT,~
minor children of the parties is hereby-awarded to the Husband,
~ DENNIS A. PADGETT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

I ~`i the Wife, JOANN PADGETT WATFORD. Custody of STEPHANIE PADGETT r

jJ is hereby awarded to JOANN PADGETT WATFORD with reasonable

{ visitation rights reserved to the Husband, DENNIS A. PADGETT.
DENNIS A. PADGETT shall be permitted to remove

JOHN PADGETT and YATES PADGETT from the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, upon posting with the Clerk of this Court a cash or
acceptable bond approved by the Clerk in the amount of THREE
THOUSAND ($3,000.00) DOLLARS. ~
If the Husband, DENNIS A. PADGETT, shall fail to `
{ comply with the provisions of this Order or any subsequent
Order relating to~the Wife's rights to visitation with the
