minor children as set forth herein, the fees, expenses and costs
incurred in returning the children shall be defrayed by and taxed
against the bond and such other Orders shall be entered as may be
appropriate and just.
2. VISITATION: Each of the parties shall' have the
right to visit with the minor children of the marriage at such

times and-places as are reasonable under the circumstances and ~
neither art shall do anything to hamper or-interfer with the

natural development of the children's love and affection for the
i other party. Reasonable visitation shall include but not be
.~~limited to the following:
a. The Husband shall pay for the round-trip i
'itransportation of JOH~i1 PADGETT and YATES PADGETT to the residence ~
y~of the Wife for either the winter or spring vacation each year

~~and alternating each year. Additionally, he shall pay for their

;months each summer. The Husband shall have the corresponding

~~right to visit with STEPHANIE PADGETT by arranging for her
ii round trip transportation from FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, to the

residence of the Husband for two (2) months each summer and

~ ~jalternating winter and spring vacations. It is the Court's intent;
in establishing vistation-rights in this fashion that the parties
;;attempt to maximize the time which the minor children spend

together. Accordingly, it is Ordered that the parties arrange
lithat they schedule the summer visitations so that, for example,
~lwhen the minor-sons are with their Mother in FORT PIERCE;
~FLORIDA,.for the months of JUNE and JttLY then the minor daughter
;shall spend JULY and AUGUST with her father. Additionally, in

ti !'scheduling visitations for winter and spring vacations the Court

~~desires that all children be together, if possible and if the

minor sons visit with their Mother during the winter vacation,
then the daughter shall visit with the father for the following

spring vacation. The parties are to use their best efforts to

~ implement the Court's declared intent.
