IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Partition of Personal Property is granted and the Husband, DENNIS A. PADGETT, shall receive and the Wife shall deliver to him the following items, to-wit: I a. Antique wall coffee grinder - ~ ti ~ b. Antique wall waffle iron (griswold) ~ i c. Any of the jewelry .belonging to JOHN PADGETT 3 or YATES PADGETT, i t d. The Wife shall be entitled to keep all other ~ items of personal property acquired by the parties during the course of .their marriage which has not been previously divided by the parties by agreement or disposed of by previous Order of this Court . ~ - - - + IT IS FURTHER ORDERED.
