LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 77-621 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ) MICHAEL RAY CHAMBERS, ~ ) _ ) Husband, ) and ) ORDER JOYCE EILEEN CHAMBERS, ) Wife. ) This cause having come before this Court upon the Petition of MICHAEL RAY CHAMBERS for modification of the final judgment of dissolution of marriage entered by this Court on September 12, 1977, and upon the evidence presented and argu- ment of counsel, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the property provisions of the stipulation entered into by the parties and incorporated by reference into the final judgment of dissolution are not modifiable and this Court declines jurisdiction as to those matters. 2. That this Court finds and determines that the I mortgage payments as set forth in the final judgment of dissolu- tion are in the nature_of alimony and it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the Husband shall be responsible for payment of one-half (1/2) of the mortgage payments on the marital home and the Respondent, JOYCE EILEEN CHAMBERS, shall henceforth be respon- sible for payment of one-half (1/2) the mortgage payments on said home. 3. All other provisions of the final judgment of dissolution which incorporated the stipulation between the parties shall remain in full force and effect and the Petition to modify ~ those provisions is therefore denied.
