FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on.for.trial on the 18th day of
January, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all
of the evidence and being informed by the Attorneys for the Husband
and Wife that the Husband and Wife have agreed to a settlement, and
the Court finding that it has jurisdiction of the parties of the sub-
ject matter of this suit and that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties and that the marriage between the par-
ties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, and-the Court•
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

1. The Petition for Dissolution of Marriage of Wayne
Lee Scott, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and the Marriage between
the Husband, Wayne-Lee Scott and Dena•Ruth Scott, be, and is hereby
ordered dissolved a vinculo, and the parties and each of them are here-
-by forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That Wayne Lee Scott. ahd Dena Ruth Scott, be, and are

Hereby ordered enjoined and restrained, from harassing, annoying,
assaulting, or otherwise interfering with one another. The Sheriff of
Saint Lucie County, or his authorized Deputies, be, and are hereby
