Court. _
3. That the Husband, ~rlayne Lee Scott, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded the personal property requested by the Husband in Para-
graphs 7, 8, and 9 of the Husband's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage,

and the Husband, Wayne Lee Scott, be, and is hereby Further ordered to j
indemnify and-hold the Wife harmless as to the claims of the following
creditors: Badcock, Household Finance, General Motors Acceptance Corpora-
tion, and be, and is hereby further ordered that the items of personal
property for which the above creditors are secured including,.but not
limited to a television set, and a 1975 Chevrolet are the sole and exclu-
sive property of the Husband;and the Wife, Dena Ruth Scott, shall within
thirty (30) days of the date of.the execution of this Final Judgment,
be, and is hereby ordered to execute any and all necessary instruments
of conveyance to convey her interest .in .said property t~ the Husband,
and in the event, that the '~nTife fails to execute said instruments, this ~
Judgment shall operate as a conveyance of her interest in said. items of

property by operation of law. ~ ~
4. That the Husband, tti'ayne Lee Scott, has agreed to pay to

the Attorney for the Wife, Charles W. Stone, Esquire, the sum of Two
~ ~ ~
Hundred ($200.00) Dollars as reasonable Attorney's fees to said Attorney,
and ~7ayne Lee Scott, be, and~is hereby ordered to pay said Attorney's fees {
to said Attorney in the sum of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per week,
beginning on Friday, January 25, 1979, and on the Friday of each week
thereafter until said sum has been paid in full.

5. That the Husband, Wayne Lee Scott, has agreed to pay to
his Attorney, Brad Culverhouse, Esguire, the sum of Three Hundred Fifty
Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($352.5 0) as reasonable Attorney's fees and
cost of suit, of which One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00) Dollars has hereto-
