Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18. 19. 20. 22. and Z3 of this Mortyage. Borrower sad Lender' agree that all
references to the Property. Borrower. Lender and Note contained in the above desai'bed master foray of
mortgage and incorporated by .reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and ages
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower. Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
