hereinafter referred to as OwneY (whether more than one) and HELEN PRATT NEMIR, PAUL
NEMIR, JR. and GIRARD BANK, TRUSTEES UNDER THE WILL OF VIRGINIA W. BLACK, DECD.
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH: That the said Owner, to secure an i tedness payable to the Mortgagee,

The Trustees herein have full power and authority to lend, protect, conserve, sell, assign, encumbe
or otherwise to manage this mortgage, the note and indebtedness secured hereby and the property
encumbered hereby.
