ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the Motion
for. Physical Examination of the Defendant, SANDFORD BENJIMAN, JR., ~
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise
duly advised, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for E
Physical Examination be and the same is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, SANDFORD BENJIM~?1~,
JR., the natural mother, BARBARA ROBERTS, and the minor children,
€ SANFORD LAVONNE ROBERTS and LATISHA TRECEDA-VASHA ROBERTS, be and - i
they are hereby ordered to submit to blood tests for the determination
of paternity; it is further -
ORDERED_AND ADJUDGED that said blood tests-shall be at
the expense of the Defendant; SANDFORD BENJIMAN, JR., and the cost
of transportation for all parties shall be at the expense of the
Defendant.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
