dated the 27th day of December, 1978, recorded in Official
Records Book 300 at Page 1579 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called the "Mortgagee",
does hereby join in and consent to the making of the Declaration
of Condominium of SCYLLA-CHARYBDIS GROVES, a condominium,
dated the 28th day of December, 1978, recorded in Official
Records Book 300 at Pages 1923 through 1964 inclusive, and
the Mortgagee agrees that-the lien of said mortgage shall
hereafter be upon, but not limited to, each and every of the
parcels set forth and referred to in said Declaration. -
