AMENDMENT~TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF
SCYLLA-CHARYBDIS GROVES, A CONDOMINIUM
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 14th
day of February, 1979, by and between SCYLLA-CHARYBDIS
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,~INC.
W I T N E S S E T H.
WHEREAS, on the 28th-day of December, 1978, Charles A.
Schuette, as Trustee and not individually, did execute that
certain Declaration of Condominium, which Declaration of
Condominium was recorded in Official Records Book 300 at
Pages 1923 through 1964, inclusive, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County. Florida; and,
WHEREAS, attached to said Declaration of Condominium ~

as Exhibit "B" was the legal description respecting the
division of the land into separate units pursuant to the said
Declaration of Condominium; and,
WHEREAS, as a result of a scrivenor's error
the legal description for Unit No. 2 contained in the
aforesaid Exhibit "B" was incorrect; - i

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of
~ Ten ($10.00) Dollars .and other good and valuable considerations,
it is hereby agreed as~follows:
1. That the Declaration of Condominium of Scylla-
Charybdis Groves, which Declaration was recorded in Official
Records Book 300, at Pages 1923 through 1964 inclusive, is
hereby amended to modify the legal description attached to
the said Declaration of Condominium as Exhibit."B", and
to substitute therefor in its place the legal description
attached hereto as Exhibit "H", which legal description does
correctly constitute the area of land comprising each unit
of Scylla-Charybdis Groves, a condominium.
