CONSENT OF MORTGAGEE TO FILING OF -
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
- WHEREAS, Bernard A. Egan, is the owner and holder
of a mortgage lien created by that certain mortgage dated i
December 27, 1978 and executed by Charles A. Schuette, Trustee, -
which mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 300 at
Page 1579, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and, -
WHEREAS, the real property subject to the aforementioned
mortgage lien has been created a condominium known as
Scylla-Charybdis Groves, a condominium, by Declaration of
-Condominium filed among the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Official Records Book 300, at pages 1923-
through 1964, inclusive; and, -
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium
was subsequently amended by Amendment to Declaration of
Condominium dated February 14, 1979, and filed under
Clerk's File No:`y3y b7(v in the Public Records of St. Lucie
- County, Florida; and, -
WHEREAS, Bernard A. Egan is desireous of evidencing -
[k4 his consent to the filling of said Declaration of Condominium,

as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises
as well as the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and
valuable considerations to him in hand paid,-the said Bernard A.
Egan does hereby consent to the execution of the Declaration
of Condominium of Scylla-Charybdis Groves, a condominium,
appearing among the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
- Florida, in Official Records Book 300, at Pages 1923 #
1
through 1924, inclusive, as amended by Amendment to Declaration
of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No.<y3y 6710 in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does likewise
