for the condominium property described in the aforementioned
Declaration of Condominium and Amendment thereto in accordance
with the laws of the State of Florida, it being the intention
of Bernard A. Egan to fully consent thereto i~t all respects
required by Section 718.104(3), Florida Statutes in force
on the date of execution of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Bernard A. Egan has
executed this instrument in the manner required by law this
