CERTIFICATE OF CORPORATE RESOLUTION OF
SCYLLA-CHARYBDIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
The undersigned, Secretary of Scylla-Charybdis
Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida Corporation, herein-
after called the "Association" hereby certifies that:
At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Association, duly held in accordance with its by-laws and in
accordance with Article 13.2 of the~Declaration of Condominium
of Scylla-Charybdis Groves , a Condominium, ~ on the /f/'m- day of
February, 1979, at which all of the directors were present
and voting, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted
and the same have not been revoked, cancelled, annulled, or -
amended in any manner, and are in full-force and effect on
the date hereof:
"BE IT RESOLVED: That the Association be and hereby
is authorized to amend the Declaration of Condominium of
Scylla-Charybdis Groves so as to correct a scrivenor's
error contained in Exhibit "B" attached to the said Declaration
of Condominium and the. Association hereby accepts and ratifies
the terms as set forth in that certain Amendment to Declaration ~ _
of Condominium executed February 14, 1979, by Charles A,
Schuette, Vice President of the Association."
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the officers of the
Association be and they are hereby authorized to cause the
aforesaid Amendment to Declaration of Condominium to be filed
among the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,_and
to execute any and all documents as may be required to give
full force and effect to .the aforesaid Amendment."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto
