RELEASE OF MORTGAGE SECURITY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
WHEREAS, BERNARD A. EGAN, hereinafter referred to as the
Mortgagor, by indenture of mortgage bearing date April 1, 1976,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in. O. R. Book 250 at page
1950, granted and conveyed unto JOSEPH B. EGAN, hereinafter referred
to as the mortgagee, and~his assigns, the premises therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of
$217,232,28 with interest as therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the said Joseph B. Egan did assign the aforedescribed
,mortgage to JOSEPH B. EGAN, III, as Trustee, which assignment waS
filed July 20, 1976, in O. R. Book 255 at page 782-of the public -
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Joseph B.
Egan, III, as trustee and as assignee, to release the premises
hereinafter described from the lien and operation of said mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE that the said Joseph B. Egan, III,
as Trustee, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) to him in hand paid by or on behalf of the said
Mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate,
and discharge from the lien-and operation of said mortgage unto the .
said mortgagor, his heirs and assigns, the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) and the North half (N 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE 1/4 ) of Section 13 , Township .35 South, Range 38 East,
less and excepting therefrom rights of way for public roads .
and drainage canals.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances unto the
said mortgagor, his. heirs and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage and every part
thereof . -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Joseph B. Egan, II , as Trustee,
has hereunto set his hand and seal on this, the day of
February, 1979.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, and officer
duly authorized in the State aforesaid and in the County aforesaid

the foregoing instrument and he acknowledged before me that he
executed the same.
