property, situate and being in St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, to wit:
Lots land 2, in HIGHLAND AVENUE HEIGHTS,, according ,to a plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 61, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT, rights-
of-way~for public roads; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
4. If .the total sum with interest at the rate of 10$ per.
annum, as set forth in Plaintiff(s)' note and all costs of this action
accruing subsequent to this Judgment-are not paid within three (3)
days. from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property
at public sale on ~L~Lti~ , 19 , at 11:00 A.M. to
the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the
- front door of the Courthouse, St. Lucie County, in
Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida
Statutes.
~5. Persons who wish to bid at such sale may submit such bids
to the Clerk prior to sale, provided such bid is accompanied by
cashier's check payable to the-Clerk of this Court in the full amount
of such bid. The Clerk shall hold such cashier's check(s) and need

not deposit the same, pending the sale. At the commencement of sale,
I the Clerk shall announce and receive such bids. After sale, the
cashier's check(s) of all such unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be
promptly returned to them by the Clerk. The Plaintiff(s) need not
attend such sale and such non-attendance shall not prevent or delay
the public sale.
6. Plaintiff(s) shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk of this Court
if Plaintiff(s)are not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiff(s) are the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff(s)
bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent
