hereby agree to be bound by the covenant and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenant numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
